                                  Ozil vs Leicester
Arsene Wenger has been dealt a serious blow, with the news that Mesut Ozil has joined the growing injury list at Arsenal.

The German playmaker, who is away on international duty, underwent an MRI scan ahead of his country’s Euro qualifiers and the results suggest that he will miss 10-12 weeks, with a partial lateral collateral ligament tear in his left knee.
Ozil is believed to have picked up the injury, during the Gunners’ 2-0 against Chelsea on Sunday and will now be out till 2015.
Other players on the injury list for Arsenal include Aaron Ramsey, Mikael Arteta, Mattieu Debuchy, Nacho Monreal, Sergy Gnabry, Olivier Giroud and Abou Diaby.

  1. ACL injuries or athletes who we feel are at a high risk for any knee injury, we try to incorporate specific plyometric exercises and sports specific agility drills into their therapy. I feel maintaining a good quadriceps to hamstring ratio is the best way to ensure a safe return to sports as well as preventing further injury.
