It seems like Beyonce and Jay Z’s rumoured separation might be happening even sooner than expected. 

The singer was spotted secretly viewing a house in Manhattan without Jigga.

 Beyonce was seen checking out a Chelsea penthouse and according to sources, it was without Jay Z’s knowledge and I know what you’re thinking, maybe it was a surprise, but no, sources close to the couple insist it’s going to be a just-for-Bey hive. 

According to Page Six, a source said, ‘She was very quiet, as if she was looking on the sly’. The source added that the couple currently life in a much more expensive mansion and it’s impossible that they would be thinking of downgrading to the 4,045-square foot apartment.
